Angels and We

So much has being said

But little do we know

Only from the first cry

When the nurse announces

A new arrival

The outburst of tears,

The sudden laughter;

Forgetting all pains and tears

In that childlike innocence

But that we may not behold that face

And hear that innocent laughter,

The doctor says its no big deal

For his fortune grows bigger

Then goes another angel we’ll never know.

Sweet! It can only be imagined,

Who they are? we never will know

May God forgive us for all we do

To these aborted little angels so dear.
